At Aesthetic & Reconstructive Dental Associates, we understand that not everyone enjoys going to the dentist. That’s why we’ve implemented an innovative program to put our patients at ease.
Dr. Bahu takes time to understand each patient’s possible anxieties and takes specific measures to reduce them. In addition, we provide optional spa amenities to relax you during your visit.
During your treatment, you can enjoy a heated neck wrap, knee bolster, cucumber eye mask and more. We invite you to experience the difference our comfort techniques provide.
Our dental office welcomes children and adults of all ages, and we are determined to exceed your highest expectations. To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer day, weekend and evening hours at our convenient Water Tower Place location on North Michigan Avenue.

Dental problems are never fun. Not being able to eat or speak properly can drastically decrease your overall confidence. If you are experiencing a dental problem, it is never too late to get it fixed.

As we begin to open our practice after the COVID-19 stay at home orders, I want to inform you and assure you of the additional procedures and precautions we are taking to keep you safe and healthy.
We will look different than the last time you visited us. We will be wearing additional PPE that includes N95/Level 3 masks, face shields, and disposable gowns. These extra measures will keep both our patients and our team members protected.
When you enter our dental office you’ll immediately notice the difference. The chairs in the waiting room are now at least 6 feet apart. We have removed all magazines from the waiting area. We will have clear sneeze guards at the check-in and check-out desks. You’ll see disinfecting wipes and we will have hand sanitizer for you to use. While we will continue to offer you water or coffee now we will not directly touch the disposable cups.
We have added new high-speed evacuation equipment to greatly reduce the aerosols that can be generated in the treatment rooms. It keeps the aerosols from leaving the patient’s mouth. This helps us maintain the cleanliness of our operatories, and helps keep all patients and team members safe.
We’ve invested in new equipment that will take your forehead temperature, and we will be using it on everyone who enters our office, including our own team members. Following the recommendations of the CDC, a team member will call you 1-2 days before your appointment to ask you several standard COVID-19 screening questions. As an added layer of precaution, when you arrive for your appointment we will ask you to complete a form with similar questions.
All of the new equipment, protocols, and testing are being used efficiently and in an abundance of caution. Rest assured, it is safe to return to our office for care.
If you have any questions about our new procedures or would like to personally speak with me before your next appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact the office at (312) 943-6444 or my cell phone at (312) 848-7770. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
